Low FODMAP Sausages. Full List & Where to Find Them.

I LOVE sausage. It’s easy, lazy & tasty protein. However I know it can be hard to find Low FODMAP sausages as a lot of them have garlic, onion and other questionable ingredients. Fortunately I’ve been at this Low FODMAP thing for a long time, over 8 years in fact. Surely that’s a long time to search high and low for Low FODMAP sausages. I gotchu! Here’s my full list that I will continue to add to as I find new ones. Leave me a comment and let me know if I missed anything, or if you have other ones not listed that I can add!
